Each of our Express Auto Service Centers has a convenient Drop Box where you can leave your keys after hours. If you can get the vehicle to the service center, you should do so and we’ll do everything in our power to review the problem as early the following business day as possible.
We don’t offer towing service*, but do recommend McDonald’s Towing. We use them frequently and have always been happy with their service.
